Privacy Policy
Brampton Hood Cleaning Pros collects the minimum needed to quote and deliver commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, and nothing beyond it. This page sets out what is collected when you request a quote or call, why each item is needed, where it is stored, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It applies to bramptonhoodcleaningpros.ca and to enquiries received by telephone.

What is collected and why
Each field on the quote form exists because a quote cannot be produced without it.
| Information | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
| Name | To know who to address the quote to and who to ask for on arrival. |
| Phone number | To arrange the walk-through and to reach someone on the night of a booked visit. |
| Email address | To send the written quote, the certificate and the photo report. |
| Business or kitchen name | To identify the site, since several kitchens can share an address in a plaza or multi-tenant building. |
| Your message | To understand the system and prepare a useful first answer. |
| The page the form was submitted from | To know which page prompted the enquiry, which is used to improve the site rather than to profile you. |
No payment information is collected through this website. Invoicing happens separately after work is completed. The form does not ask for, and should not be used to send, any personal information beyond the fields listed above.
Where the information goes
A submitted form takes one path, and it is a short one.
When the quote form is submitted, the fields above are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a customer relationship management system operated by GoHighLevel, which is where enquiries and job records for this business are held. The transmission passes through a function hosted by Netlify, the website's hosting provider, which relays the submission and does not retain a copy of it as a separate record.
Access to the customer record is limited to the people who quote, schedule and deliver the work. Records are not sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks or data brokers. Information is disclosed to a third party only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for, or where disclosure is required by law.
The website itself is served as static files. There is no login, no account, no shopping cart and no advertising pixel embedded in these pages. If a live chat widget is enabled on the site, any conversation held in it is stored in the same customer relationship management system and is covered by this policy.
How long records are kept
Two different clocks, for two different reasons.
Enquiries that never became a job are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the quote being taken up, and are removed on request at any time. A quote request is not treated as permanent permission to be contacted indefinitely.
Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as they may be needed. Certificates, photo reports and job records for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning frequently matter years later, because an insurer, a fire inspector or a new owner can ask about a visit long after it happened. Deleting a certificate that a customer may need to defend an insurance claim would not be a favour to that customer.
Photographs taken during a job are records of a commercial kitchen, not of people. Crew and customers are not photographed for marketing purposes, and no customer, address or business name is published on this website without that customer's explicit permission.
Your choices
Three requests are always honoured, and none of them requires a formal letter.
- See what is held. Call 289-216-5724 and ask what information is on file for you or your business, and it will be described plainly.
- Correct it. A wrong phone number, an outdated contact or a changed business name is fixed on request.
- Delete it. Enquiry records are deleted on request. Where a record relates to completed work, the reason it is retained will be explained rather than the request simply being refused.
- Stop follow-up. Ask to stop being contacted about an outstanding quote and the follow-up stops. It does not require a reason.
This policy is governed by Ontario and Canadian law, including the federal private-sector privacy legislation applicable to commercial activity. Any change to this policy will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
Privacy questions
Does this website use tracking cookies?
The pages themselves are static files with no advertising or analytics pixel embedded in them. Where a live chat widget is enabled, that widget may set a cookie of its own so a conversation can continue across page loads. No advertising profile is built from your visit.
Will I be added to a mailing list because I asked for a quote?
No. A quote request is used to prepare and follow up that quote. Adding a commercial enquiry to a marketing list without asking is both poor practice and a good way to lose the job.
Who can see the photographs of my kitchen?
You, and the people who quote, schedule and deliver the work. Photographs are taken to evidence the cleaning for your file and are not published, shared with other customers, or used in marketing. Publishing an identifiable customer kitchen would require that customer's explicit permission.
Is my information stored in Canada?
The customer relationship management system used is operated by a third-party provider whose infrastructure may be located outside Canada, which is normal for cloud software. Information held there is subject to that provider's security controls and to the access limits described above.
How do I make a privacy request or a complaint?
Call 289-216-5724 or use the contact page and say plainly what you want done. A request to see, correct or delete information does not need to be in any particular form, and it will be dealt with rather than routed into a process.
